Mechanical and operational tests cover no-load solo runs up to 4,000 kW, vibration analysis and spectrum diagnosis, bearing temperature trending, shaft run-out and full dimensional inspection with calibrated Mitutoyo instruments.
Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and online condition monitoring detect rotor-bar, eccentricity and bearing faults in machines that are still in service, so maintenance can be planned instead of forced.
