IECEx-certified repair, overhaul and reclamation of explosion-protected motors and generators (Ex d, Ex e, Ex n/ec, Ex p, Ex t) to IEC 60079-19:2019 under certificate IECEx UL S0019, so the machine keeps its certification.
The same controlled route for a 10 kW pump motor and a 13.8 kV compressor drive; Ex machines add the IEC 60079-19 checks at every step.
Step 1
Incoming inspection & assessment
Nameplate and Ex-marking verification, electrical tests, core-loss, dimensional and vibration baseline. You receive a documented report and a fixed-scope quotation.
Step 2
Approval & engineering
Winding data confirmed against OEM records or reverse-engineered; repair method, insulation system and critical dimensions defined before work starts.
Step 3
Repair, rewind & machining
Stripping in the burn-off oven, rewinding in the temperature-controlled area, VPI impregnation, machining and reclamation, balancing to 5 tons.
Step 4
Test, certify & return
Solo run to 4,000 kW, high-voltage tests to 13.8 kV, vibration and balancing results on the test certificate; Ex repair marking and report where applicable; delivery or on-site commissioning.
