02Process
Four steps from breakdown to certified return
The same controlled route for a 10 kW pump motor and a 13.8 kV compressor drive; Ex machines add the IEC 60079-19 checks at every step.

Incoming inspection & assessment
Nameplate and Ex-marking verification, electrical tests, core-loss, dimensional and vibration baseline. You receive a documented report and a fixed-scope quotation.
- 02
Approval & engineering
Winding data confirmed against OEM records or reverse-engineered; repair method, insulation system and critical dimensions defined before work starts.
- 03
Repair, rewind & machining
Stripping in the burn-off oven, rewinding in the temperature-controlled area, VPI impregnation, machining and reclamation, balancing to 5 tons.
- 04
Test, certify & return
Solo run to 4,000 kW, high-voltage tests to 13.8 kV, vibration and balancing results on the test certificate; Ex repair marking and report where applicable; delivery or on-site commissioning.
