Arabian Barq Crest Industries Company ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
When you use the contact, quotation or careers forms we collect the information you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, together with the time of submission and the network address it was sent from (used only for abuse prevention). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. A single functional cookie remembers your language preference.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotations, provide services you ask for, consider job applications, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only our own staff who handle your request, and service providers that operate our e-mail and hosting under confidentiality obligations. Data is stored in Saudi Arabia and in our Microsoft 365 mail environment.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for the periods required by Saudi commercial and tax law. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by e-mailing admin@arabianbarq.com. We respond within the period required by the PDPL.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.
