Arabian Barq Crest Industries Company ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and the rights you have under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). It applies to www.arabianbarq.com and to enquiries that reach us through our online advertising.
What we collect
When you use the contact, quotation or careers forms we collect the information you enter: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, together with the time of submission and the network address it was sent from (used only for abuse prevention). If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we process the number you contact us from.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare quotations, provide services you ask for, consider job applications, and keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies
This website sets one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language for up to one year. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and whether an enquiry was sent); it sets first-party measurement cookies (_ga, _ga_*; up to two years) and does not receive your name, e-mail address, phone number or message. Google Analytics data is shared with Google Ads to measure which of our advertising campaigns lead to enquiries. If you reach us from a Google Ads advertisement, Google may also set conversion-measurement cookies (_gcl_aw, _gcl_au; up to 90 days), and we keep the advertising click identifier and campaign parameters from that visit (in our own cookie, ab_attr, for 90 days) together with your enquiry so that we can attribute it to the campaign; none of this is used to build a profile of you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Advertising and lead forms
We advertise on Google Ads. When you click one of our ads, Google receives standard click data under its own privacy policy and sends you to this website. When you send an enquiry through this website we report to Google Analytics and Google Ads only that an enquiry was sent, its language and the service category selected — never your name, contact details or message. If you complete a lead form shown inside one of our Google ads, Google collects that form on our behalf and passes it to us; we then handle it exactly like an enquiry sent through this website. We do not upload customer lists or enquiry data to advertising platforms.
Who we share it with
Only our own staff who handle your request, and service providers that operate our e-mail and hosting under confidentiality obligations. Data is stored in Saudi Arabia and in our Microsoft 365 mail environment.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for the periods required by Saudi commercial and tax law. Job applications are kept for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent, by e-mailing admin@arabianbarq.com. We respond within the period required by the PDPL.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS with strict security headers, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, and access to stored enquiries is restricted to authorised staff.
