Certified to repair, overhaul and reclaim all types of explosion-protected (Ex) motors
Repair, overhaul and reclamation of explosion-protected (Ex) electric motors and rotating machines in accordance with IEC 60079-19 under the IECEx Certified Service Facilities scheme. The certification covers Ex motors of all types of protection used in hazardous areas, including flameproof (Ex d), increased safety (Ex e), non-sparking (Ex n / Ex ec) and pressurised (Ex p) machines, so that a repaired motor retains its explosion-protection integrity and certification status.

Active member no. 73348. EASA is the international trade association of electromechanical repair firms; membership commits us to the ANSI/EASA AR100 recommended practice for the repair of rotating electrical apparatus.
Third-party assessed in 2023 against the Saudi Aramco Third Party Cybersecurity Standard (SACS-002), classification General Requirements. The certificate has reached the end of its two-year term and renewal is in progress.

Our ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems govern every activity in the facility: permit-to-work for high-voltage testing, isolated painting and cleaning areas, controlled handling of solvents and resins, and PPE discipline on the floor. Field teams work under the customer's site rules and our own job-safety analysis.
