Every job starts with a documented condition assessment: winding resistance, insulation resistance and polarization index, surge comparison, core-loss and hot-spot testing, mechanical dimensional inspection and vibration baseline. The report tells you what failed, why, and what the repair will cost before any work begins.
Rewinding is performed in an isolated, temperature-controlled winding area with automatic coil and rotor winding machines, slot-lining forming equipment and a VPI and dipping system, followed by curing in a temperature-controlled oven. Class F and Class H insulation systems are available; original winding data is recorded for future reference.
Before dispatch, machines are solo-run tested at up to 4,000 kW and 13.8 kV AC (1,000 V DC) on our 4 m × 2 m test bed, dynamically balanced on a 5-ton balancing machine and released with a complete test certificate.
